If you are signed in and have earned 500 points or more, you can automatically spend your Rewards.

On our website, navigate to the product you purchased and click 'write review' which is located underneath the product description. You can leave up to 2 reviews per month and earn 10 Loyalty Points per review.

If you join up whilst shopping in-store at Dalston and want to check on your Rewards, you will need to create an online account using your same customer email details and also set up your unique password. You can then shop either online or in-store and use your Rewards.

If you have shopped with us before online, use the same email you entered in the online checkout when you shop with us in-store and your account will show both your online and in-store  purchases.

You can use your Dalston Rewards on most purchases. 

Products that cannot be purchased using Dalston Rewards include: items we sell from time to time on behalf of a charity or sample sales we occasionally run in-store on behalf of other labels.

When you purchase something with a gift voucher you do earn rewards.

Reward points expire after 24 months.

Rewards cannot be transferred to someone else.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for a store credit or cash.
